For all domestic orders, we ship priority mail. Our processing time ranges from 1-4 business days. Shipments are sent out as delivery; if an order is large, pricey, or fragile, then we send out as signature required. All orders are insured for total value including shipping. If you would like an order expedited, please send us an email before placing an order to confirm.
We ship anywhere and everywhere! Please email us if placing an international order so that shipping will be quoted correctly. Otherwise, we may invoice you for any extra shipping coverage we require during processing or issue partial refunds for over-quoted shipping. All orders are insured for total value including shipping. We ship first class international unless otherwise specified. Do not ask us to undervalue orders on customs forms.
I received a shipping confirmation, but where is my order?
Sh*t happens sometimes, and things get lost. If your mailman delivers to the wrong house, if your order ends up in another state, or if someone swipes your mail off the doormat, these incidents are not in our control and we will not be able to refund you for your lost order. However, we are easy to work with and want all our customers to be satisfied. If you cannot locate your order or have any questions, please send us an email ASAP and we will assist you to the best of our abilities. Please also note that if you require a signature on your delivery and you are not home at the time of delivery, check your local post office before shooting us an email, as they are likely holding it for re-delivery.
Why did you email me to confirm my address?
The shipping platform we use always verifies addresses for us before we create shipping postage. Every now and then, addresses cannot be verified--usually because of a typo when ordering, or just a malfunction of the shipping platform. When this happens, you'll get an email from us just checking up on the authenticity of an address before we get your order on its way--better safe than sorry!
